Londonderry’s Selectboard voted to authorize the Town Administrator to review and approve all Excess Weight Permits for calendar year 2026 and asked staff to publish a list of approved organizations online.

The Selectboard voted on Feb. 17 to delegate authority to Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch to review and approve Excess Weight Permits for the 2026 calendar year, removing the need to bring each permit before the board. Martha Dale moved the authorization and Taylor Prouty seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
