PSC approves slight decrease to Pepco and Delmarva green rider rates for home EV charging
Staff recommended and the commission approved a small reduction in the green rider rate for Pepco and Delmarva (to 0.1638¢/kWh) that applies to residential EV home charging; utilities and staff corrected minor typos in filings prior to the vote.

Kevin Oster, representing commission staff, explained proposed green rider rate revisions submitted by Delmarva Power & Light and Pepco to update the green option for residential EV charging. Staff said the filing reflects a slight decrease to 0.1638¢ per kilowatt-hour and recommended approval.
