The Blanchester Board of Education voted May 18 to accept a series of donations to district activities and to approve a student trip to Peru scheduled for June 14–22, 2028, organized by Olga Maher through EF Tours. Donors and amounts recorded in the meeting minutes include Boosters ($1,890.58) and BIC ($1,000.00) to girls soccer and multiple smaller gifts to drama, athletics and school principals.
