The Rawlins Municipal Library Board on July 27 unanimously approved purchasing two Kindles to be used as prizes for Library Card Sign‑Up Month in September. The motion to buy the devices was made by Court Roper and seconded by Chance Sumner; the minutes record unanimous board approval and note the purchase will be funded through the BankWest checking account.
