Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith opened a closed-record public hearing at 2:08 p.m. on enabling documents for the 2026–2046 Comprehensive Plan periodic update and implementing development regulations; the board took no public testimony. CDS Director Chad Bala and the Prosecutor's Office reviewed the enabling documents and recommended proceeding to adoption.
