River Ridge CDD adopts FY2024/25 budget, corrects scrivener errors

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted the fiscal year 2024–25 budget on Aug. 27, approving Resolution 2024‑07 as amended.
District Manager Chuck Adams told the Board that the copy of the budget in the meeting materials contained scrivener errors. Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal pointed out and had staff correct the description for "Street sweeping." With no public comment, the Board voted unanimously on a motion by Supervisor Blumenthal, seconded by Supervisor Twombly, to adopt the budget for the period Oct. 1, 2024 through Sept. 30, 2025, and to authorize future budget amendments.
The action finalizes the District’s annual appropriations and provides staff the authority to process necessary corrections to line items. The District will publish the adopted budget per statutory requirements. The Board did not receive or record any public objections during the hearing.
