Donovan reported a strong turnout for recent library programming (about 70 attendees at a storyteller event) and a surge in demand for circulating Wi‑Fi hotspots after an internet outage affected part of town. "Recently all of the circulating hotspots were checked out, and that was the first time in a while," Donovan said.
