Staff follow-up tasks include negotiating contracts for Gardens At Midtown and Saunders, drafting the West Main reimbursement contract with appraisal-based terms, monitoring EcoStairis permitting, executing closing documents for the A Plus sale, and revising the draft FY2025–26 budget for the September meeting.
