The Ferrisburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment on May 6 approved an application to add "short-term rental" use to an existing one‑bedroom seasonal cabin at 235 Primrose Lane. Applicant Deborah Allen told the board the small cabin was placed about nine years ago, was used temporarily while finishing a house, and has operated as a bed‑and‑breakfast (Allen said the "B&B" label is a misnomer because they do not serve breakfast). The property has a quarter‑mile driveway, on‑site parking, and a separate mound wastewater system for the cabin.
