The City of Bloomer Planning Commission recommended an amendment to Article H, Sec 13-1-146 of the zoning code to allow projecting signs in C‑1, C‑2, I‑1 and I‑2 districts under specified conditions: signs must be at least 10 feet above the ground, no larger than 12 square feet, and must not be illuminated or swing.
