The Zoning Board signed and will record a corrected written decision for Application #25-016 (Hardie / Champlain Valley Grain) after staff identified a clerical error in the draft. Zoning Administrator Katie Hill told the board the decision had mistakenly described Building 1 as "60,000sf" rather than the 6,000sf described in the application and drawings; Chair Norm Smith signed the corrected document dated Aug. 6, 2025, and Hill said she will reissue and record it.
