Zoning board approves mudroom addition at Summer Point Lane
The Ferrisburgh Zoning Board approved a Conditional Use permit for a small mudroom addition at 330 Summer Point Lane, requiring construction to follow the submitted plans. Applicant Karin Schmidl said the addition will "bump out" the entrance and use a metal roof.

The Town of Ferrisburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment voted to approve Application #25-069, a one-story mudroom addition at 330 Summer Point Lane, on Aug. 6, 2025. The motion, made by Dave Mentzer and seconded by Bob Beach, passed unanimously with the condition that the project be built in accordance with the plans submitted with the application.
