Scout Clean Energy told Grant County commissioners the 252‑MW Great Divide wind farm (56 turbines, ~28,000 acres) is fully permitted and has a power‑purchase agreement, but construction is delayed by FAA and Department of Defense reviews of turbine siting; the developer will request a three‑year extension of the county industrial‑revenue bond window.
