Felipe, representing Hernandez General Contractor, addressed the board about property 1137 Indiana, which he said was purchased and had previously been submitted for demolition on Nov. 22, 2025. He told the board he had been waiting roughly two months for rehabilitation paperwork and asked whether permits could be expedited because he is incurring carrying costs.
