After exercises and discussion, commissioners asked staff to convert prioritized goals into action items and timelines; staff will conduct internal reviews and deliver a revised iteration of the strategic plan later in the year.

Following the vision and priority exercises, the facilitator and County Administrator Rogers described the next administrative steps. Staff and the executive leadership team will take the board's refinements and top-5 priorities, develop action items, assign champions and set timelines. The facilitator said the process includes an internal review in August and a final iteration will be returned to the board in the months ahead.
