Pine County extends courthouse security screening pilot, sets public‑entry hours

Commissioner Matt Ludwig moved to set operational hours for the public entrance at 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., continue the single‑point entry pilot through Dec. 31, 2026, and direct staff to present operational data gathered during the pilot; Commissioner Steve Hallan seconded. Motion carried 5‑0. The board asked staff to return with operational metrics during the pilot period.
