Chair Hawkins convened the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners at 9:30 a.m. for a facilitated strategic-planning workshop focused on refining a draft vision, mission and set of core values. Facilitator Henning of Collaborative Labs presented the executive leadership team's considerations and guided commissioners through a team exercise to reword the draft language.
