The Buchanan County Board of Supervisors placed several manure management plans on file during the July 20 meeting. The plans listed in the minutes include FLF LTD (Fremont Township, Sec. 28), Progressive Pork Site #21 (Richland Township, Sec. 30), Kirby Site (Richland Township, Sec. 31), Pork Chop Ranch (Sumner and Liberty Townships), and Silver Top, LLC (Buffalo Township, Sec. 29).
