The Brooks County Commissioners’ Court approved an award to GrantWorks for grant pre-application, application, and implementation services for the 2025–2026 Texas Community Development Grant Fund (TCDG) program. Judge Eric Ramos reported that GrantWorks received a score of 100% on the county's evaluation sheet, while Langford Community Management Services and West Central Texas Council of Governments each scored 90%.
