Stacey Rainey reported that she and Kelly met with Nicholas Gill, who currently works for Cornwall and Middlebury, to discuss providing accounting services for the town. Board members listed the services Nicholas would provide, including payroll processing, accounts-payable entry, bank reconciliations, general-ledger maintenance and budget and audit support.
