Court remand sends conditional-use case for event venue back to Butler County Planning Commission
The Board remanded Case 2025-CV-259 (CU 25-02), a denied conditional-use application for an event venue at 6333 SW Santa Fe Lake Rd., to the Planning Commission for review of records and clarification of denial findings as ordered by the court.

The property in question is at 6333 SW Santa Fe Lake Rd., Augusta, Kansas; the court directed that three commissioners who voted to deny the application provide findings.
