The LONEDELL R-14 School District board voted to enter closed session during its June 29 special meeting after a motion by Cody Causey. The minutes record the board citing Missouri law: "As governed by RSMo 610.021(1), (3), (6), (13), (14) permits and governs closed session." A roll‑call vote was recorded and the motion carried.
