Phil (Philip Visser) and guest Ally Weller discussed proposed job‑title and pay‑band changes for two conservation maintenance employees. The proposal would move the positions from pay band A12 (Maintenance Technician) to B21 with the title 'Maintenance Worker 2'; the change will be taken to the Board of Supervisors on April 27 and, if approved, would be effective July 1, 2026.
