The Planning Commission approved multiple plats and replats — Bodecker final plat (three lots), Cannady Corner Addition (5.8-acre lot), Prairie Creek Estates II replat (six ~5-acre lots with required road improvements), and recommended approval for Countryside Acres preliminary plat — all to be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners where applicable.
