The Township of Roxbury Planning Board on March 18, 2026 voted to grant J&R Transport, LLC a two-year extension of its preliminary major site plan approval, extending the deadline to March 2, 2027. The resolution cites N.J.S.A. 40:55D-49c as the statutory basis for the extension and requires the applicant to comply with the Mandatory Mt. Laurel Development Fee in effect at the time a building permit is issued (Ordinance —-7.829 or any successor provision).
