Brooks County approves resolution to submit application to EPA program

County Judge Eric Ramos read a resolution proposing the county submit an application to the Environmental Protection Agency's Community Changes Program. Commissioner Martin "Marty" Cabrera moved to approve the submittal and Commissioner Rolando Gutierrez seconded; the court approved the resolution unanimously.
