Chair Jarret Heil called the Marshall County Board of Supervisors to order at 9:00 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2026, in the courthouse meeting room in Marshalltown. Vice Chair Carol Hibbs moved to approve the meeting agenda; the motion was carried unanimously, 3-0.
