Community Development staff presented the second reading of Ordinance 2026-08, an amendment to Title 9, Chapter 3, Section 1 of the City Code to restore tables that were mistakenly left out of a prior update. "There was were tables that were supposed to be included in the ordinance during the last update of this ordinance and this section 2 of the category tables were left out of the ordinance and needed to be put back into the ordinance," staff member Yutona Dye said.
Staff reported no new public input since the prior reading and said the primary change was restoration of the missing tables, which relate to special contractor licensing categories and associated requirements. The council moved, seconded, and approved the ordinance on second reading during the meeting.
