Council approved a ministerial replat for 1104 South State Street after staff said the parcel meets subdivision requirements and Planning & Zoning recommended approval; Board of Adjustments previously granted exceptions for setbacks.

Planning Director Lisa Hannan told the council the replat for 1104 South State Street (just under 0.5 acre, including 0.5 of unopened Saunders Street) meets subdivision minimum requirements and is a ministerial approval. She noted the Board of Adjustments had previously granted three special exceptions related to front, rear and side yard setbacks for structures on the property.
