Commission recommends clarifying multifamily design‑standard applicability in UDC

Lapano said the change follows prior adjustments to nonresidential and mixed‑use design standards and is intended to reduce ambiguity. The public hearing was opened and closed at 6:11 p.m. with no public comment. Commissioner Riska moved to recommend approval; the commission approved the recommendation unanimously. The recommendation will be forwarded to city council for final action.
