Bee Cave council voids PGAL contract, cites procurement violations; directs termination talks

Councilmembers expressed unanimous support for removing the contract and for ensuring the city's process remains transparent: "We will not waiver on upholding the highest level of ethical [standards]," one member said, emphasizing the council's intent to proceed above board. Council then authorized the city manager and the city's legal counsel to negotiate termination terms with PGAL and to pursue contract-termination options.
