Huber Heights Planning Commission approves two development plans, forwards text amendment to council
The Planning Commission voted 4–0 to approve a 94-lot Carriage Trails detailed development plan and a 9,000 sq ft Dublin 7 restaurant detailed development plan, and recommended a text amendment to allow personal service businesses in O-1; staff set conditions and next steps for applicants.

The Huber Heights Planning Commission approved two detailed development plans on a unanimous 4–0 vote and voted to forward a zoning text amendment recommendation to city council during its February meeting. Planning staff said applicants must make specified corrections and return required design items before permits are issued.
