County Administrator Bryan Rogers reported the county received three bids to resurface approximately 12.5 miles of roads, and that Scruggs submitted the low bid of $1,710,715.68. Commissioner Trae Kemp moved to accept Scruggs' bid; Commissioner Brenda Chain seconded and the board voted to approve the contract.
