Committee hears that shutoffs failed due to valve problems; clerk to create master log

Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Waala told the Finance Committee that the delinquent accounts report shows a number of shutoffs that could not be performed because of valve issues on the village system. Waala asked the committee to note the operational problem and provided the monthly delinquent account pages for review.
