The Kalkaska County Board of Commissioners voted 7-0 Sept. 18 to set a public hearing on the county's 2025 budget for Nov. 20, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Commissioner Jeff Sieting moved the measure and Commissioner Robert Baldwin supported it; the board recorded seven yeas, zero nays and carried the motion.
