The county approved a promotion for a Clerk of Court chief deputy, and hired new full‑time Sheriff’s Office Dispatch and Deputy I positions with starting pay rates and effective dates.

The Mountrail County Board of Commissioners approved several personnel actions during its March 18 meeting. Commissioners voted unanimously to promote Heather Lee in the Clerk of Court’s office to Chief Deputy II at $38.30 per hour (annualized at $79,659), effective March 30.
