Mountrail County approves payroll changes and three new staff classifications

The Mountrail County Board of Commissioners approved several personnel actions during its March 18 meeting. Commissioners voted unanimously to promote Heather Lee in the Clerk of Court’s office to Chief Deputy II at $38.30 per hour (annualized at $79,659), effective March 30.
Commissioner Wayne Olson moved to approve the promotion and Commissioner John DeGroot seconded; all five commissioners voted yes. The board also approved two regular full‑time classifications in the Sheriff’s Office: Cailey Loehle as a Dispatcher at $25.10 per hour ($52,200/year) and Dylan Pausig as a Deputy I at $29.21 per hour ($60,750/year). Those motions also passed on unanimous roll call votes.
