Barnwell County Council voted to participate in the South Carolina Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Program and gave Administrator Roger E. Riley authority to sign the agreement. Councilman Travis Hooper moved for approval and Councilman Harold Buckmon seconded; the minutes record the motion carried and state the program has no cost to the county.
