Board approves three quitclaim deeds for county parcels

Resolution 2024-47 authorized transfer of parcel 112-00117-0000 to Arian and Bethany Dunnum for $10,054; Resolution 2024-48 authorized transfer of parcel 012-01049-0000 to Dan Weber for $5.00; and Resolution 2024-49 authorized transfer of parcel 022-00841-0003 to Tracy McCluskey for $2,000. Each resolution was moved, seconded and adopted on a voice vote.
Administrative staff explained proceeds will be distributed as designated by statute and each resolution was submitted to the board with supporting legal descriptions recorded in the Register of Deeds.
