The Vernon County Board adopted two resolutions honoring longtime members of the Local Emergency Planning Committee. Resolution 2025‑47 recognized Retired DNR Warden Shawna McDowell for 19 years of service; Resolution 2025‑48 recognized Theodore Harris for 22 years of service.
