The Tuscarawas County Board of Commissioners voted to request no hearing on a liquor permit application filed by Robbos Taps & Tavern, LLC. Commissioner Greg Ress moved the request, Commissioner Kristin Zemis seconded, and the board recorded the motion as passing with two affirmative votes and one absence.
