On July 8, 2026 the Oneida County Planning & Development Committee approved a Conditional Use Permit for applicant David Dilley (Dilley Builders LLC) to construct two buildings with outdoor storage and operate a construction business on Lot 1, CSM 5856 (Town of Woodruff). Staff confirmed public notices were published June 23 and 30 and posted June 18, and recommended a set of ten conditions.
