The Kay County Excise Board voted to approve the regular meeting minutes from Dec. 8, 2025 during its Jan. 12, 2026 session. The motion was made by Vice-Chairman Rod Reese and seconded by Chairman Jeff Wilson; the minutes record Wilson and Reese voting aye and Member Christy Kennedy abstaining.
