Vice-Chairman Jason Shanks moved to approve a construction contract with Ellsworth Construction OKC, LLC dba A‑Tech Paving for the Enterprise Road Overlay (Bid#2025-33) in District 1; Chairman Jeff Kreger seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Kay County District Attorney Brian Hermanson stated the contract was approved "as to form."
