The Comanche County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 20 approved an attorney-client contract with Houts Law, P.L.L.C., to provide legal services for litigation against Waste Solutions LLC. Commissioner Josh Powers moved to approve the contract; Commissioner Ryan John seconded and the motion passed with all three commissioners voting aye.
