The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee voted unanimously July 8 to approve a Conditional Use Permit for Chris and Bobbi Jones to operate a bar service business with outdoor seating at Lot 3, CSM 3366 (PIN LY-739-2), 5030 Willow Road in the Town of Lynne. Staff outlined eight conditions of approval, covering signage, parking, waste screening, exterior lighting, Health Department sign‑offs and hours of operation.
