County Recorder Karla Doll presented two printer proposals and the board approved purchase of an HP DesignJet T850 MFP through Marco with a five-year maintenance agreement. The vendor Marco quoted $8,348.00 for the printer and the 5-year maintenance agreement adds $2,024.00, for a total purchase cost of $10,372.00. Commissioner Jim Branstad moved and Commissioner Bill Miller seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
