Nobles County confirmed on Nov. 5 that work under Contract 23001 — the 2023 bridge replacement projects for SAP 053-606-020 and SAP 053-619-027 — is complete and has been inspected by County Highway staff. Structural Specialties Inc. completed the work, and the Board approved final payment of $108,237.88, representing the 5% retainage on the contract.
