On July 8 the Falcon Heights City Council approved its consent agenda by a 5‑0 vote; City Administrator Jack Linehan noted that four items (resolutions 26‑63 through 26‑66) were related to facilitating the Fairway Commons development. The consent agenda also recorded financial items: general disbursements through July 2 totaled $16,685.24, payroll through July 2 totaled $19,969.54, and wire payments through July 2 totaled $18,158.96.
