Nobles County appoints two members to Okabena-Ocheda Watershed Committee
The board approved reappointing Steve Bousema to the Okabena-Ocheda Watershed Committee for a term Nov. 1, 2024–Oct. 31, 2027 and approved appointing Tom Ahlberg to serve as a manager when Jay Milbrandt’s term ends Oct. 31, 2024.

The board approved two appointments related to the Okabena-Ocheda Watershed Committee. Steve Bousema was approved for another term running Nov. 1, 2024 through Oct. 31, 2027. The board also agreed to appoint Tom Ahlberg to a manager position when Jay Milbrandt's term ends Oct. 31, 2024; Ahlberg has served on the committee's advisory board previously and expressed interest in a manager role.
