Board approves Altafiber internet service for SWORTC, and DJFS contracts Pressley Ridge for CANS assessments
The Board authorized a service agreement with Cincinnati Bell/Altafiber for advanced internet and a business phone line at the Southwest Ohio Regional Training Center at $94.98 per month, and executed a contract with Pressley Ridge to provide CANS assessments at $150 each, not to exceed $4,000 for FY 2025–26.

As part of the consent agenda on April 16, the Board authorized Dorothy K. Meier, Director of the Department of Job and Family Services, to execute a Service Agreement (Q-00087528) with Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, LLC, dba Altafiber, to provide advanced internet service and one flat business phone line at the Southwest Ohio Regional Training Center (SWORTC) located in Loveland for $94.98 per month, effective April 8, 2025 through April 7, 2027, contingent upon release of the required purchase order.
